بيانات الحساب والطلب والدفع

نطلب الاسم الأول والأخير والبريد الإلكتروني ورقم الهاتف المصري (+20). تُحفظ هذه البيانات في قاعدة بيانات ووردبريس وطلبات WooCommerce عند إرسال نموذج البيانات في /pay/، حتى قبل اكتمال الدفع، لمعالجة الطلب ومتابعته والتواصل بشأنه. نحتفظ أيضًا بمرجع الطلب والمنتج والمبلغ والعملة وحالة الدفع ومراجع المعاملة وإثباتات الموافقة.

تعالج Kashier بيانات البطاقة داخل نموذج الدفع المؤمّن الخاص بها. لا يتلقى نموذج بيانات RNDRCLUB رقم البطاقة الكامل أو CVV أو OTP ولا نخزنها في قاعدة بيانات الموقع. يمكن أن تحتوي رسائل مزود الدفع على مراجع وبيانات محدودة عن وسيلة الدفع؛ لا تُعامل هذه المراجع كبيانات البطاقة الكاملة.

بيانات الدخول وخزنة بيانات الحساب

يحتفظ ووردبريس بتجزئة أحادية الاتجاه لكلمة المرور (Hash) للمصادقة، وليس بنسخة نصية منها. يحتفظ نظام خزنة بيانات الدخول (Credentials Vault)، في مسارات تجهيز الحساب ومزامنة الدخول، بنسخة إضافية مشفرة قابلة للاسترجاع لأغراض تسليم بيانات الحساب ومزامنتها. هذا التشفير قابل للفك بواسطة النظام المخوّل، ويختلف عن التجزئة الأحادية الاتجاه. لا ترسل كلمة مرورك أو كود الدخول إلى الدعم.

الهوية المركزية وبيانات الهاردوير

يربط نظام التراخيص المركزي المستضاف على Oracle حساب الطالب بمرجعه في الموقع ورقمه واسمه وبريده وهاتفه واستحقاقاته للكورسات. يقرأ المشغل بيانات الهاردوير اللازمة لبصمة الجهاز: UUID، والرقم التسلسلي للوحة الأم، ورقم BIOS، ومعرّف النظام، والرقم التسلسلي لقرص النظام عند الحاجة. تُرسل المعرفات الأصلية المتاحة إلى خادم التراخيص، وتُحفظ مشفرة في حقل details_cipher، مع بصمة للتحقق من مطابقة الجهاز وربط الترخيص.

يحتفظ المشغل محليًا ببيانات جلسته وكوده ومفاتيحه الخاصة محمية بوسائل النظام؛ لا تُرفع المفاتيح الخاصة إلى خادم التراخيص.

فحص العمليات والسجلات والعلامة المائية

يفحص المشغل محليًا أسماء عمليات ويندوز وأرقامها (Processes / PIDs) للتحقق من برامج التسجيل والالتقاط والهندسة العكسية المحظورة، وقد ينهي عمليات محظورة لحماية المحتوى. لا يرفع قائمة بجميع برامج الجهاز إلى خوادمنا. تُحفظ سجلات تشخيص محلية قد تشمل أحداث التشغيل وأخطاء المشغل والتشغيل والتنقل داخل المحتوى وبيانات الشاشة والرسوميات وإجراءات الحماية.

يسجل Oracle جلسات الدخول وطلبات التفعيل والتجديد والتراخيص وتصاريح منح الفيديوهات وPDF وتوقيتات أول وآخر ظهور للجهاز. سجل منح المحتوى يعني إصدار تصريح أو مفتاح، وقد يشمل تجهيز المحتوى التالي مسبقًا؛ ولا يثبت وحده مشاهدة الفيديو أو فتح الملف فعليًا. قد تعرض العلامة المائية اسم الطالب ورقمه وآخر أربعة أرقام من هاتفه، وفق نوع المحتوى.

أغراض المعالجة ومتابعة الطلب غير المكتمل

نستخدم البيانات لتنفيذ الطلبات والتحقق من الدفع وتجهيز الحساب وتسليم الوصول وتقديم الدعم وربط الجهاز وتطبيق الترخيص وحماية المحتوى والتحقيق في إساءة الاستخدام، وللتحليلات والتسويق الموضحين أدناه بحسب الغرض والأساس القانوني المنطبق. لا تُنشئ حالة نجاح معروضة في المتصفح وحدها استحقاقًا مدفوعًا.

أثناء ملء صفحة الدفع، تُحفظ تلقائيًا بيانات الاسم والهاتف والبريد التي تكتبها عند الكتابة أو مغادرة الحقل، بما فيها البيانات غير المكتملة، وقبل تحديد مربع السياسات أو الضغط على «التالي». يتضمن السجل المنتج المختار وطريقة الدفع والتوقيت. لا نسجل هذا الحفظ بوصفه موافقة منك على السياسات أو موافقة تسويقية منفصلة؛ وتُسجل الموافقة الإلزامية على السياسات عند إرسال نموذج البيانات.

يُصنف الطلب كمتروك بعد 60 ثانية دون تفاعل جديد نرصده في صفحتنا، مثل تعديل البيانات أو الضغط على «التالي». لا يمكن رصد التفاعل داخل نموذج الدفع الخارجي بالطريقة نفسها. بعد تصنيف الطلب كمتروك، لا تعيده الكتابة أو الضغط على «التالي» إلى قيد الاستكمال، ولا تلغي حركة الماوس أو اللمس أو التمرير تصنيفه. يبقى سجل المتابعة محفوظًا حتى تتوقف المتابعة وفق الحالات أدناه، مع احترام طلبات الإيقاف والحذف. المتابعة عبر واتساب يدوية فقط وتشترط رقمًا صحيحًا؛ لا نرسل رسائل تلقائية. تتوقف المتابعة بعد تأكيد الدفع الموثوق أو فتح محادثة InstaPay؛ وفتح المحادثة ليس إثبات إرسال رسالة أو دفع.

يحفظ تخزين جلسة المتصفح رقم تسلسل التحديث وعلامة إيقاف المتابعة فقط، وليس بيانات التواصل. يمكنك التواصل معنا لإيقاف المتابعة أو طلب الحذف، ولا نلغي طلب إيقاف سابق تلقائيًا. لا يعني ذلك حذف بيانات الطلب والدفع اللازمة للخدمة أو الالتزامات القانونية. هذه المتابعة تخص الطلب غير المكتمل وليست اشتراكًا عامًا في التسويق.

الاستضافة والتخزين ونقل البيانات خارج مصر

تعتمد الخدمة على Hostinger لاستضافة الموقع والبريد، وOracle Cloud لخادم التراخيص وDRM، وOCI Object Storage لحفظ إيصالات ومرفقات الدفع اليدوي الخاصة، من JPEG وPNG وPDF، بعد تشفير محتواها قبل التخزين. توجد منطقة تخزين الإيصالات المستخدمة في فرانكفورت. قد تُخزن أو تُعالج البيانات خارج جمهورية مصر العربية لدى هذه الجهات ومقدمي الخدمات المذكورين أدناه.

توضح هذه السياسة معالجة البيانات ونقلها اللازمين لتقديم الخدمة، ويشير إليها مربع الموافقة على السياسات في الدفع. هذه الموافقة لا تحل محل أي ضمانات أو تراخيص أو التزامات أخرى يفرضها قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية المصري رقم 151 لسنة 2020 ولائحته التنفيذية. إذا لم توافق، فلا تستكمل نموذج الموافقة، وتواصل معنا للاستفسار.

مقدمو الخدمة والتواصل

تشمل الخدمات المستخدمة Kashier للدفع، وFluent SMTP عبر Hostinger للبريد التشغيلي، وGoogle Drive لتسليم الملفات، وWhatsApp عند اختيار التواصل أو إرسال بيانات طلب الدفع اليدوي. تتلقى هذه الجهات البيانات اللازمة لوظيفتها وفق مسار الاستخدام. قد تشمل الرسائل التشغيلية تأكيد الحساب وبيانات الدخول والوصول والدعم. لا تُعد الموافقة اللازمة للطلب اشتراكًا عامًا في الرسائل التسويقية.

ملفات الارتباط والتحليلات والتسويق

يستخدم الموقع ملفات ارتباط وبيانات تخزين محلي لوظائف تسجيل الدخول والأمان وتفضيلات اللغة والمظهر. الأدوات المفعلة تشمل Meta Pixel وConversions API عبر Meta for WooCommerce والجسر المخصص: PageView في Shop، وInitiateCheckout عند زر بدء الشراء في Shop، وPurchase بعد الدفع الموثوق من الخادم. لا تُستخدم زيارة الصفحة الرئيسية لإطلاق حدث Meta في المسار المعتمد.

قد تُرسل بيانات الحدث والمنتج والقيمة والعملة ومعرّفات المطابقة. تُجزّأ حقول مطابقة الهوية المدعومة، مثل البريد والهاتف، باستخدام SHA-256 عند إرسالها عبر التكامل؛ التجزئة ليست تشفيرًا قابلًا للفك ولا تجعل البيانات مجهولة تمامًا. ليست كل بيانات الحدث مجزأة؛ قد تُشارك أيضًا بيانات IP والمتصفح ومعرّفات الارتباط والنقر بحسب التكامل.

توجد إحصائيات Jetpack / Automattic وWooCommerce Analytics. لا يوجد حاليًا شريط موافقة مستقل على ملفات الارتباط؛ ومربع السياسات في الدفع لا يمثل موافقة منفصلة على كل تتبع اختياري. يمكنك إدارة ملفات الارتباط من متصفحك والتواصل بشأن حقوقك، وقد يؤثر حظر الملفات الضرورية على تسجيل الدخول ووظائف الموقع.

الأمان والاحتفاظ بالبيانات

نستخدم ضوابط الوصول والاتصالات الآمنة والتشفير في الأجزاء المحددة أعلاه. لا يعني ذلك أن كل حقل في قاعدة بيانات الموقع مشفر أو أن أي نظام خالٍ من المخاطر. نحتفظ بالبيانات بقدر ما يلزم للغرض المحدد والالتزامات القانونية وأمن الحساب والنزاعات؛ ولا نعد بحذف فوري شامل عند إغلاق الحساب. الأرشفة لا تعني المحو النهائي.

حقوقك وطلبات الحذف

يمكنك التواصل لطلب الاطلاع أو التصحيح أو الحذف أو تقييد المعالجة أو سحب الموافقة حيث ينطبق ذلك قانونًا. نتحقق من الهوية بالقدر اللازم ونوضح ما يمكن تنفيذه وأي احتفاظ مطلوب. قد يؤثر حذف بيانات الترخيص أو سحب المعالجة اللازمة للخدمة على إمكانية استمرار الوصول؛ ولا يؤدي الطلب وحده إلى استرداد تلقائي. راجع تعليمات حذف البيانات.

القاصرون وتحديث السياسة

يُشترط إتمام الشراء والموافقة بواسطة بالغ أو ولي أمر أو ممثل قانوني عند الاقتضاء وفق الشروط. قد نحدث هذه السياسة مع بيان الإصدار وتاريخه؛ ولا تمتد موافقة سابقة تلقائيًا إلى أغراض جديدة تستلزم موافقة مستقلة.

Account, order and payment data

We request first name, last name, email and Egyptian mobile number (+20). These details are saved in the WordPress database and WooCommerce orders when you submit the details form at /pay/, including before payment is completed, to process and follow up the order and communicate about it. We also retain the order reference, product, amount, currency, payment state, transaction references and consent records.

Kashier processes card data in its secured payment form. The RNDRCLUB details form does not receive the full card number, CVV or OTP, and we do not store them in the website database. Payment-provider messages may contain references and limited payment-method details; these are not the full card data.

Login data and Credentials Vault

WordPress stores a one-way password hash for authentication, not a plaintext copy. In account preparation and login-synchronisation flows, the Credentials Vault retains an additional reversibly encrypted copy for account-credential delivery and synchronisation. The authorised system can decrypt it; this differs from one-way hashing. Do not send your password or access code to support.

Central identity and hardware data

The central licensing system hosted on Oracle associates the student account with its website reference, number, name, email, phone and course entitlements. The Player reads the hardware identifiers needed for the device fingerprint: UUID, motherboard serial, BIOS serial, system identifier and, where needed, system-disk serial. Available original identifiers are sent to the licensing server and stored encrypted in details_cipher, alongside a fingerprint used to match the device and bind the licence.

The Player locally retains its session data, code and private keys protected by operating-system facilities; private keys are not uploaded to the licensing server.

Process checks, logs and watermarking

The Player locally checks Windows process names and identifiers (Processes / PIDs) for prohibited recording, capture and reverse-engineering programs and may terminate prohibited processes to protect content. It does not upload a list of all programs on the computer. Local diagnostic logs may include operational events, Player errors, playback and navigation within content, display and graphics information, and protection actions.

Oracle records login sessions, activation and renewal requests, licences, video and PDF content grants, and device first- and last-seen times. A content-grant record means a permit or key was issued and may include prefetching the next content item; it does not alone prove actual video viewing or file opening. Depending on content type, the watermark may display the student's name, number and last four phone digits.

Processing purposes and unfinished checkout follow-up

We use data to fulfil orders, verify payments, prepare accounts, deliver access, provide support, bind devices, enforce licences, protect content and investigate misuse, and for the analytics and marketing described below according to the applicable purpose and lawful basis. A success state displayed in the browser alone does not establish paid entitlement.

During checkout, the name, phone and email you type are saved automatically as you type or leave a field, including incomplete details and before selecting the policies checkbox or pressing Next. The draft includes the selected product, payment choice and timing. We do not record this capture as your acceptance of policies or separate marketing consent; required policy acceptance is recorded when you submit the details form.

A draft becomes abandoned after 60 seconds without a new interaction observed by our checkout, such as editing details or pressing Next. Activity inside the external payment iframe cannot be observed in the same way. Once abandoned, later typing or Next does not reset the classification; mouse movement, touch and scrolling do not cancel it. The follow-up record is retained until follow-up stops as described below, subject to stop and deletion requests. WhatsApp follow-up is manual only and requires a valid phone; no automatic messages are sent. It stops after trusted payment confirmation or opening the InstaPay chat; opening a chat proves neither message delivery nor payment.

Browser session storage retains only a revision and suppression flag, not contact details. You may contact us to stop follow-up or request deletion; an earlier withdrawal is not automatically reversed. This does not erase order/payment information required for service or legal obligations. Follow-up is limited to the unfinished order and is not a general marketing subscription.

Hosting, storage and transfers outside Egypt

The service uses Hostinger for website hosting and email, Oracle Cloud for the licensing and DRM server, and OCI Object Storage for private manual-payment receipts and attachments in JPEG, PNG and PDF, encrypted before storage. The receipt-storage region in use is Frankfurt. Data may be stored or processed outside the Arab Republic of Egypt by these providers and the services listed below.

This policy describes processing and data transfers necessary to provide the service and is linked from the payment policies checkbox. Consent does not replace other safeguards, licences or obligations required by Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 and its Executive Regulations. If you do not agree, do not complete the consent form and contact us with questions.

Service providers and communications

Services used include Kashier for payments, Fluent SMTP through Hostinger for operational email, Google Drive for file delivery, and WhatsApp when you choose to communicate or send manual-payment enquiry details. Providers receive the data needed for their function in the applicable flow. Operational messages may include account confirmation, credentials, access and support. Consent necessary for an order is not a general subscription to marketing messages.

Cookies, analytics and marketing

The website uses cookies and local storage for login, security, language and theme preferences. Enabled tools include Meta Pixel and Conversions API through Meta for WooCommerce and the custom bridge: PageView on Shop, InitiateCheckout on the Shop purchase CTA, and Purchase following trusted server-confirmed payment. The approved flow does not emit a Meta event for a homepage visit.

Event, product, value, currency and matching identifiers may be transmitted. Supported identity-matching fields, such as email and phone, are hashed with SHA-256 when sent through the integration; hashing is not reversible encryption and does not make the data fully anonymous. Not all event data is hashed; IP, browser information and cookie and click identifiers may also be shared depending on the integration.

Jetpack / Automattic statistics and WooCommerce Analytics are present. There is currently no separate cookie-consent banner; the payment policies checkbox is not separate consent for every optional tracking purpose. You can manage cookies through your browser and contact us about your rights; blocking essential cookies may affect login and website functions.

Security and retention

We use access controls, secure connections and encryption in the components identified above. This does not mean every website database field is encrypted or that any system is risk-free. Data is retained as needed for its stated purpose, legal obligations, account security and disputes; closing an account does not promise immediate complete deletion. Archiving is not permanent erasure.

Your rights and deletion requests

You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or withdrawal of consent where legally applicable. We verify identity as necessary and explain what can be done and any required retention. Deleting licensing data or withdrawing processing necessary for the service may affect continued access; a request alone does not create an automatic refund. See the Data Deletion Instructions.

Minors and policy updates

Purchase and consent must be completed by an adult or a parent or legal representative where appropriate under the terms. We may update this policy with its edition and date; earlier consent does not automatically cover new purposes requiring separate consent.
