الأهلية والمنتجات الرقمية

يجب إتمام الشراء والموافقة بواسطة شخص أتم 18 عامًا، أو بواسطة ولي الأمر أو الممثل القانوني عند الاقتضاء. منتجاتنا تعليمية رقمية وموارد قابلة للتنزيل؛ لا تتضمن شحن منتجات مادية. المزايا والمدة والمنتجات المشمولة هي الموضحة في عرض المنتج وقت الشراء.

الحساب وبيانات الطلب

قدم اسمك الأول والأخير وبريدك الإلكتروني ورقم هاتفك المصري الصحيح. تُحفظ بيانات الطلب عند إرسال نموذج البيانات في صفحة الدفع، حتى إن لم يكتمل الدفع. لا يعني إنشاء طلب أو الوصول إلى صفحة عودة الدفع إثبات نجاح الدفع أو استحقاق المحتوى؛ يعتمد ذلك على التأكيد الموثوق من جهة الدفع. قد يُنشأ حساب العميل أو يُربط حسابه القائم بعد تأكيد الدفع.

حافظ على سرية كلمة المرور وكود الدخول ولا تشاركهما. توضح سياسة الخصوصية تخزين بيانات الدخول في ووردبريس وخزنة بيانات الدخول المشفرة.

الترخيص والجهاز الواحد

يصدر لكل كورس ترخيص مستقل، للاستخدام الشخصي للطالب على جهاز كمبيوتر واحد فقط، مكتبي أو محمول يعمل بالنظام المدعوم من المشغل. لا توجد نسخة مشاهدة مخصصة للهاتف. لا يجوز مشاركة الترخيص أو تشغيله على أجهزة متعددة أو نقله أو تغيير الجهاز خلال مدة الترخيص.

الاستثناء الخاص بالجهاز التالف

لا يُنظر في إصدار ترخيص لجهاز جديد إلا عند تحقق الشرطين معًا: انتهاء مدة الترخيص الحالي، وتعرض الجهاز القديم لتلف فعلي ناتج عن عطل جسيم في الهاردوير. يخضع الطلب للأدلة ومراجعة الإدارة، ولا يضمن تقديمه الموافقة. أي إصدار استثنائي معتمد يتطلب إلغاء صلاحية الترخيص والربط السابق قبل السماح بالاستخدام على الجهاز الجديد؛ ولا يمنح حق تشغيل الجهازين.

لا تعني الموافقة حذفًا تلقائيًا ونهائيًا لكل سجلات الجهاز القديم. يخضع الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها لسياسة الخصوصية وإجراءات طلب حذف البيانات والالتزامات القانونية.

استلام الملفات والتفعيل

تُتاح حزمة ملفات الكورس المشفرة ومشغل RNDRCLUB Player من خلال روابط Google Drive المخصصة. يحصل الطالب على كود الدخول (Student Access Code) من حسابه على الموقع، ويدخله في المشغل للتعرف على حسابه وربط جهازه. ثم يرسل طلب تفعيل الكورس من داخل المشغل؛ وبعد اعتماد الإدارة تُفتح الفيديوهات وملفات PDF المصرح بها.

المتوسط المعتاد للمراجعة ساعة، والحد الأقصى المعتمد من 24 إلى 48 ساعة خلال ساعات العمل الرسمية، من 11 صباحًا إلى 5 مساءً بتوقيت القاهرة. لا يعادل تنزيل الملفات أو الحصول على الكود وحده تفعيل كل كورس.

حماية المحتوى وفحص البرامج

يستخدم المشغل التشفير وإدارة الحقوق الرقمية (DRM) لحماية المحتوى. عند الموافقة على هذه الشروط وتثبيت المشغل وتشغيله، فإنك تفوضه بفحص أسماء العمليات الجارية وأرقامها (Windows Processes / PIDs) محليًا أثناء التشغيل، والتحقق من برامج تسجيل الشاشة والالتقاط والهندسة العكسية المحظورة وفق سياسة الحماية، وإنهاء العمليات المحظورة تلقائيًا عند اكتشافها. احفظ أعمالك وأغلق البرامج المتعارضة قبل تشغيل المحتوى.

لا يرفع هذا الفحص قائمة بجميع برامج جهازك إلى خوادمنا. توضح سياسة الخصوصية بيانات الجهاز والتشخيص التي يعالجها النظام.

الملكية الفكرية والعلامة المائية

يُمنع تسجيل المحتوى أو تسريبه أو إعادة رفعه أو بيعه أو توزيعه أو مشاركة الحساب أو الكود أو التحايل على الحماية. قد تظهر علامات مائية ديناميكية تتضمن اسم الطالب ورقمه وآخر أربعة أرقام من هاتفه؛ ويختلف الجمع بينها وعرضها بحسب الفيديو أو ملف PDF.

تُعد العلامة المائية قرينة تقنية تساعد في التحقيق، بما في ذلك عند تصوير الشاشة بكاميرا خارجية، وليست وحدها إثباتًا قاطعًا لهوية من سرّب المحتوى. يجوز تعليق الوصول فورًا لحماية المحتوى عند وجود مؤشرات جدية، مع مراجعة الأدلة وإتاحة التواصل للاعتراض. قد تؤدي المخالفة المثبتة إلى إلغاء الوصول وعدم استحقاق الاسترداد الاختياري وإجراءات مدنية أو جنائية بحسب الوقائع والقانون وقرار الجهات المختصة، دون انتقاص من الحقوق القانونية الإلزامية.

الاسترداد

1. قبل التفعيل أو اعتماد الوصول: يجوز طلب الاسترداد خلال 7 أيام من الشراء، بشرط عدم تفعيل كود الدخول في المشغل وعدم اعتماد الوصول إلى محتوى الكورس.
2. بعد التفعيل أو اعتماد الوصول، دون فتح المحتوى: يجوز طلب الاسترداد خلال 24 ساعة من أول تفعيل لكود الدخول أو اعتماد الوصول إلى المحتوى، أيهما أسبق، بشرط عدم تشغيل أي فيديو أو فتح أي ملف من ملفات الكورس.
3. بعد فتح المحتوى: بمجرد تشغيل أول فيديو أو فتح ملف من ملفات الكورس في المشغل، تكون نسبة الاسترداد الاختياري وفق هذه السياسة 0%. لا يلغي ذلك الحقوق القانونية الإلزامية، ومنها الحقوق المتعلقة بالعيوب أو عدم التسليم. نراجع الأدلة ذات الصلة قبل البت في الطلب؛ وسجل منح المحتوى على الخادم وحده ليس إثباتًا قاطعًا للمشاهدة أو فتح الملف.

تسري التفاصيل وإجراءات تقديم الطلب في سياسة الاسترداد. تُحسب المدد بالساعات والأيام التقويمية من التوقيت المسجل للحدث المعني، ولا يُعد إرسال الطلب موافقة تلقائية عليه.

الدعم والمجتمعات والتحديثات

يشمل الدعم المساعدة في التفعيل والوصول والاستفسارات المتعلقة بالمحتوى، ولا يشمل إصلاح الأجهزة أو أنظمة التشغيل أو البرامج الخارجية. قد تشمل بعض المنتجات مجتمعًا خاصًا وفق عرضها. تحديثات الكورس نفسه، إن كانت مشمولة، لا تجعل الكورسات أو المنتجات الجديدة جزءًا تلقائيًا من شراء سابق. لا نضمن وظيفة أو دخلًا أو نتيجة تعليمية أو مهنية بعينها.

البيانات وإغلاق الحساب

تخضع معالجة البيانات والتخزين والخدمات الخارجية لسياسة الخصوصية. يمكنك طلب إغلاق الحساب أو حذف البيانات عبر القنوات أدناه. لا يؤدي الإغلاق وحده إلى استرداد تلقائي أو إلى محو سجلات يجب الاحتفاظ بها للوفاء بالالتزامات القانونية أو أمن الحساب أو النزاعات.

الأسعار وتعديلات الشروط

السعر والعملة والإجمالي المعروض في الطلب هو المرجع للمبلغ المستحق. لا تغيّر التحديثات اللاحقة حقوق شراء مكتمل بأثر رجعي. تُعرض نسخة الشروط وتاريخها على الموقع، ويُسجل إصدار الموافقة وتوقيتها عند إرسال الموافقة الصريحة في نموذج الدفع. تبقى أي حقوق إلزامية بموجب القانون المصري واجبة الاحترام.

Eligibility and digital products

Purchase and acceptance must be completed by a person aged 18 or older, or by a parent or legal representative where appropriate. Our products are digital educational content and downloadable resources; no physical goods are shipped. Included features, duration and products are those described in the product offer at purchase.

Account and order details

Provide your correct first name, last name, email and Egyptian mobile number. Order details are saved when you submit the details form on the payment page, even if payment is not completed. Creating an order or reaching a payment return page does not prove successful payment or entitlement; trusted confirmation from the payment provider is required. A customer account may be created or an existing account linked after payment confirmation.

Keep your password and access code confidential and do not share them. The Privacy Policy explains credential storage in WordPress and the encrypted Credentials Vault.

Licensing and one computer

Each course has an independent licence for the student's personal use on one desktop or laptop running a Player-supported operating system. There is no dedicated mobile viewing version. Sharing a licence, using it on multiple computers, transferring it or changing the computer during its term is not permitted.

Damaged-computer exception

A licence for a new computer will only be considered when both conditions are met: the current licence has expired, and the old computer has suffered actual serious hardware failure. Requests require supporting evidence and administrative review; submission does not guarantee approval. Any approved exceptional issue requires the previous licence and binding to be invalidated before use on the new computer is allowed; it does not permit use on both computers.

Approval does not mean automatic permanent deletion of every old-device record. Data retention and deletion are governed by the Privacy Policy, the data-deletion request process and legal obligations.

File delivery and activation

The encrypted course package and RNDRCLUB Player are made available through the designated Google Drive links. The student obtains the Student Access Code from their website account and enters it in the Player to identify the account and bind the computer. The student then requests course activation inside the Player; administrative approval unlocks the authorised videos and PDF files.

The usual review time averages one hour, with an approved maximum of 24–48 hours during official business hours, 11:00 AM–5:00 PM Cairo time. Downloading files or obtaining the code alone does not activate every course.

Content protection and process checks

The Player uses encryption and digital rights management (DRM) to protect content. By accepting these terms and installing and running the Player, you authorise it to inspect running Windows process names and identifiers (Processes / PIDs) locally during operation, check prohibited screen-recording, capture and reverse-engineering programs against the protection policy, and automatically terminate prohibited processes when detected. Save your work and close conflicting programs before playing content.

This check does not upload a list of all programs on your computer to our servers. The Privacy Policy describes the device and diagnostic data processed by the system.

Intellectual property and watermarking

Recording, leaking, re-uploading, selling or distributing content, sharing an account or code, and bypassing protection are prohibited. Dynamic watermarks may display the student's name, number and last four phone digits; their combination and presentation vary between videos and PDFs.

A watermark is technical evidence that assists investigation, including where an external camera records the screen; it is not conclusive proof by itself of the leaker's identity. Access may be suspended immediately to protect content where serious indicators exist, subject to evidence review and an opportunity to contact us to dispute the decision. A substantiated violation may result in access cancellation, loss of eligibility for a voluntary refund and civil or criminal proceedings depending on the facts, law and decisions of the competent authorities, without limiting mandatory statutory rights.

Refunds

1. Before activation or access approval: you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase only if the Student Access Code has not been activated in the Player and access to the course content has not been approved.
2. After activation or access approval, without opening content: you may request a refund within 24 hours of the first activation of the Student Access Code or approval of content access, whichever occurs first, provided that you have not played any course video or opened any course file.
3. After opening content: once you play the first course video or open a course file in the Player, the voluntary refund under this policy is 0%. This does not remove any non-waivable statutory rights, including remedies for defects or non-delivery. We review the relevant evidence before deciding a request; a server content-grant record alone is not conclusive proof that a video was watched or a file was opened.

Details and request procedures are set out in the Refund Policy. Periods are measured in calendar days and hours from the recorded time of the relevant event; submitting a request does not automatically approve it.

Support, communities and updates

Support covers activation, access and educational-content enquiries, not repairs to hardware, operating systems or third-party software. Some products may include a private community as described in their offer. Updates to the same course, where included, do not automatically include new courses or products in an earlier purchase. No particular job, income, educational or professional outcome is guaranteed.

Data and account closure

Data processing, storage and external services are described in the Privacy Policy. You may request account closure or data deletion through the contacts below. Closure alone does not create an automatic refund or erase records that must be retained for legal obligations, account security or disputes.

Prices and changes to these terms

The price, currency and total displayed in the order determine the amount payable. Later changes do not retrospectively alter rights under a completed purchase. The terms edition and date are displayed on the website, and the accepted edition and time are recorded when explicit consent is submitted in the payment details form. Mandatory rights under Egyptian law remain respected.
