الأهلية

يجب أن يكون المستخدم قد أتم 18 عامًا على الأقل.

إذا كان المستخدم أقل من 18 عامًا، يجب أن تتم عملية الشراء والموافقة على الشروط بواسطة ولي أمره أو المسؤول القانوني عنه.

المنتجات الرقمية

توفر RNDRCLUB منتجات تعليمية رقمية وملفات قابلة للتنزيل وموارد تعليمية ومجتمعات خاصة وخدمات مرتبطة بها.

جميع المنتجات يتم تسليمها رقميًا. لا يتم شحن أي منتجات مادية.

إنشاء الحساب

قد يتم إنشاء حساب للمستخدم تلقائيًا بعد إتمام الدفع بنجاح.

يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية صحة البيانات المقدمة، بما في ذلك:

• الاسم
• البريد الإلكتروني
• رقم الهاتف

ويحق لـ RNDRCLUB تعليق أي حساب يحتوي على بيانات غير صحيحة أو يخالف هذه الشروط.

الترخيص

كل عملية شراء تمنح ترخيص تفعيل واحد لجهاز كمبيوتر واحد فقط.

يمكن أن يكون الجهاز:

• جهاز كمبيوتر مكتبي
• جهاز لابتوب

لا توجد نسخة مخصصة للهواتف المحمولة. لا يجوز استخدام نفس الترخيص على أكثر من جهاز في الوقت نفسه.

تغيير الأجهزة

يمكن للمستخدم طلب تغيير الجهاز عددًا محدودًا من المرات خلال مدة الترخيص.

وتحتفظ RNDRCLUB بحق الموافقة أو الرفض في حالات الاستخدام المفرط أو غير الطبيعي.

التراخيص الإضافية

يمكن شراء ترخيص ثانٍ لنفس الكورس بخصم 10% من السعر الحالي للباقة.

أما التراخيص الإضافية بعد ذلك فقد يتم احتسابها بالسعر الكامل للباقة.

تراخيص الاستوديوهات

تتم إدارة تراخيص الفرق والاستوديوهات والأجهزة المتعددة بشكل منفصل.

يجب شراء ترخيص واحد على الأقل قبل طلب عرض متعدد الأجهزة. يتم تحديد السعر وفق كل حالة على حدة.

الوصول إلى المحتوى

قد يُطلب من المستخدم طلب الوصول إلى ملفات الكورس قبل تحميلها.

وقد يتم توفير المحتوى من خلال:

• Google Drive
• خدمات التخزين السحابي
• أي منصات أخرى تعتمدها RNDRCLUB

وتحتفظ RNDRCLUB بحق تغيير وسائل التسليم في أي وقت.

التفعيل

قد يتطلب تفعيل الكورس إرسال Machine ID.

يتم تنفيذ التفعيل عادة خلال ساعات العمل. المدة المعتادة للتفعيل تقارب ساعة واحدة. أما المدة الرسمية المعتمدة فهي من 24 إلى 48 ساعة كحد أقصى.

ساعات العمل الحالية: 11 صباحًا إلى 5 مساءً.

المجتمعات الخاصة

قد تتضمن بعض الباقات إمكانية الوصول إلى مجتمعات خاصة.

وقد تشمل:

• مجموعات فيسبوك
• مجموعات واتساب
• منصات أخرى

وتحتفظ RNDRCLUB بحق تحديد المجتمع أو المجتمعات التي يتم منح المستخدم حق الوصول إليها.

الدعم

يشمل الدعم:

• المساعدة في التفعيل
• مشاكل الوصول للمحتوى
• الاستفسارات المتعلقة بالمحتوى التعليمي

ولا يشمل:

• دعم البرامج
• مشاكل أنظمة التشغيل
• مشاكل الأجهزة
• تحسين الأداء
• البرامج الخارجية

تحديثات الكورس

قد يحصل المشتركون في بعض الباقات المؤهلة على تحديثات مستقبلية للكورس نفسه.

وتحتفظ RNDRCLUB بحق تعديل أو تطوير أو إعادة هيكلة المحتوى في أي وقت.

الكورسات المستقبلية

الكورسات والمنتجات الجديدة لا تُعتبر جزءًا تلقائيًا من المشتريات السابقة.

وقد يتم تقديم عروض أو أكواد خصم خاصة وفق تقدير RNDRCLUB.

الملكية الفكرية

جميع المواد المقدمة من RNDRCLUB محمية بحقوق الملكية الفكرية.

ويشمل ذلك:

• الفيديوهات
• الملفات
• الموارد
• الشعارات
• العلامات التجارية
• المحتوى التعليمي

ويُمنع:

• المشاركة
• إعادة الرفع
• إعادة البيع
• إعادة التوزيع
• النشر العام

وقد يؤدي ذلك إلى إيقاف الحساب أو إلغاء الترخيص أو إزالة العضوية أو اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية المناسبة.

سياسة الاسترداد

يمكن قبول طلبات الاسترداد ضمن الفترة المحددة في سياسة الاسترداد.

وبمجرد منح الوصول إلى المحتوى الرقمي، يصبح الاسترداد غير متاح. يرجى مراجعة صفحة سياسة الاسترداد لمزيد من التفاصيل.

التواصل

قد تتواصل RNDRCLUB مع المستخدمين عبر:

• البريد الإلكتروني
• واتساب
• إشعارات الموقع

ويتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية تحديث بياناته.

تغيير الأسعار

تحتفظ RNDRCLUB بحق تعديل الأسعار والباقات والمزايا وهيكل المنتجات.

ولا تسري هذه التعديلات بأثر رجعي على المشتريات السابقة.

إغلاق الحساب

يمكن للمستخدم طلب إغلاق حسابه.

ومع ذلك، قد تحتفظ RNDRCLUB بسجلات الطلبات والفواتير والتفعيلات والتراخيص لأغراض تشغيلية وإدارية مشروعة.

النتائج

تقدم RNDRCLUB محتوى وموارد تعليمية فقط.

وتختلف النتائج من شخص لآخر حسب الخبرة والالتزام والتطبيق.

ولا تضمن RNDRCLUB الحصول على وظيفة أو تحقيق دخل أو الحصول على عملاء أو أي نتائج مالية أو مهنية محددة.

تعديل الشروط

يجوز لـ RNDRCLUB تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت.

وتعتبر النسخة المنشورة على الموقع هي المرجع المعتمد.

Eligibility

Users should be at least 18 years old to purchase products from RNDRCLUB.

If a user is under the age of 18, the purchase and acceptance of these terms should be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

Digital Products

RNDRCLUB provides digital educational products, downloadable files, educational resources, communities, and related services.

All products are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped.

Account Creation

An account may be automatically created after successful payment.

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate information including:

• Name
• Email Address
• Phone Number

RNDRCLUB reserves the right to suspend accounts that contain false information or violate these terms.

Licensing

Each purchase grants one activation license for one computer device only.

The device may be a desktop computer or a laptop. Mobile devices are not supported. The same license may not be used on multiple devices at the same time.

Device Changes

Users may request a limited number of device changes during the license period.

RNDRCLUB reserves the right to approve or reject requests in cases of excessive or abnormal usage.

Additional Licenses

A second license for the same course may be purchased with a 10% discount from the current package price.

Additional licenses after that may be charged at the full package price.

Studio Licensing

Team, studio, and multi-device licenses are handled separately.

At least one license must be purchased before requesting a multi-device quotation. Pricing is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Content Access

Users may be required to request access to course files before downloading them.

Content may be delivered through Google Drive, cloud storage services, or any other platforms selected by RNDRCLUB.

RNDRCLUB reserves the right to change delivery methods at any time.

Activation

Course activation may require submitting a Machine ID.

Activation is usually completed during business hours. The typical activation time is approximately one hour. The official maximum processing time is 24 to 48 hours.

Current business hours: 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Private Communities

Some packages may include access to private communities such as Facebook groups, WhatsApp groups, or other platforms.

RNDRCLUB reserves the right to determine which communities users receive access to.

Support

Support includes activation assistance, content access issues, and educational content inquiries.

Support does not include software support, operating system issues, hardware issues, performance optimization, or third-party software.

Course Updates

Eligible customers may receive future updates related to the same purchased course.

RNDRCLUB reserves the right to modify, improve, or restructure course content at any time.

Future Courses

New courses and future products are not automatically included in previous purchases.

Special offers or discount codes may be provided at RNDRCLUB's discretion.

Intellectual Property

All RNDRCLUB materials are protected by intellectual property rights, including videos, files, resources, logos, trademarks, and educational content.

Sharing, re-uploading, reselling, redistributing, or publicly publishing content is prohibited.

Violations may result in account suspension, license cancellation, membership removal, or appropriate legal action.

Refund Policy

Refund requests may be accepted within the period defined in the Refund Policy.

Once access to digital content has been granted, refunds are no longer available. Please review the Refund Policy page for more details.

Communication

RNDRCLUB may communicate with users through email, WhatsApp, or website notifications.

Users are responsible for keeping their contact information updated.

Pricing Changes

RNDRCLUB reserves the right to change prices, packages, features, and product structures.

Future changes do not apply retroactively to completed purchases.

Account Closure

Users may request account closure.

RNDRCLUB may retain operational records including orders, invoices, activation records, and license records for operational and administrative purposes.

Limitation of Results

RNDRCLUB provides educational content and resources.

Results vary based on individual effort, experience, and application.

RNDRCLUB does not guarantee employment, income, clients, business results, or specific outcomes.

Changes To Terms

RNDRCLUB may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

The latest published version shall be considered the governing version.
